Vanzie is innocentia

I enjoyed painting this one very much. I like the colors and texture in the background, face and well....what can I say?

Le papillon is evidence of Norah'S presence.

Vanzie is suspicious of the inclusion.

She should be.
The reference for this was a corp of Innocentia  by Lovis Cornith (1858-1925).

  1. She looks haunted! She's lovely. Have I told you how I love the way you tuck the card into such a beautiful place of its own...
