Blog Book

Finally!

I did it!

I just ordered my first Blog Book. I can't give you a review on the end product yet because I don't expect it in the mail for a couple of weeks.

I did want to share today because this is the last day for Blog2Print's promotional.
..... to get 20% off your blog book! Through June 11th, use coupon code Save20B2P to save 20% on the best book made by you: your blog book.
It is easy to try, just click on the link above.

I used these two pictures from my second post, May 4, 2006.

I used one for the front cover and one for the back cover. Oh and my first book is only for the year 2006 and is over 300 pages so I enjoyed the 20% off.

One more thing, I wish these benches still looked this great/fresh. As I have been working out in my gardens these past few days, I have been thinking about how to bring them back to this gorgeous state. I love them.

PS  I really really really would love for you to add your link of what you studio creative space looks like.  See the below post for details. It's fun!

  1. Hi Sharon,

I've used blog 2 book for years (I think that is the one you are referring to ) and do like it a lot. My only complaint is that the pictures are smaller than I would like. They put out a beautiful book. I have one for my family blog and one for healingwoman. I think you are going to love it.

By the way, I love everything you've been up to lately.

    1. Thank you! I chose the large pictures and that is why so many pages. But of course I was blogging more back then. I wish I could have rearranged some of the pages but I think I will be happy. I have a lot of catching up to do to get all 7 years in book form.

  2. Hi Sharon;
That sounds intriguing. Are you making a book from all your blog posts, is that what you are doing?

    1. Yes Kelly but it is pretty simple because their program does all the layout after you choose a few of the options. You can try it free to see what your blog book would look like.

  3. I've been using Blog 2 Print for several years now. I get my blog printed every 6 months. ... if it someday disappears, I'll know what I said! :D :D

    1. Hi Snap, I have missed you! I must go see what you are up to these days. Every 6 months is a good idea....I just wish I hadn't waited 7 years to start.

  4. After a long time of wanting a printed record of my blogs, I took the plunge too! I just had both my blogs printed into book form at Blot to Print too, for the first time. I had the smaller one printed first so I could see what I was getting, then I had the larger one printed. It took less than a week to get both of them, and I'm happy with them. I have now stopped posting to these two blogs and started a new one, which I'm going to have printed every so often. They do good work, but as someone else said, I used the medium picture option, because large would have taken more pages, and I wish it had been a week bit larger, but it's ok. I think you'll be pleased with yours too.

    1. I knew I would want to have the "Large" picture option. Haha...you can tell that by looking at my blog. Besides that, the older I get the bigger I want things...other than my body. I wish it could be smaller.

  6. Hi Sharon!
I haven't had a chance to visit your blog in a few weeks...but the timing yesterday....was just too perfect. Printing your blog! I've wanted to print mine and now you've given me a resource and I got the discount! My art work is mostly in journals and altered books but what I say about the art is on my blog. I wanted to have a way to save the words so my son would have both and, hopefully share with his family someday... remembering his good 'old Mom"! Thank you, Sharon!

    1. Oh, that's great that you got the discount. And I'm hoping my children will someday appreciate my blog book too. I think I will even enjoy having it in my hands to remember back when.....
This Blog Book post was my # 1100 post! So I will have several books. Now that I'm on their mailing list, I might catch another discount in the future.
