Thank You

Good morning,
Cleaning up ....no straightening up ....I mean moving stuff around on my desk always inspires me to paint.

I ran across this little sketch and decided to paint her. It's just a very small piece of watercolor paper probably about 6 inches tall so it didn't take too long. And you know me, I paint and then must show.

But what I really wanted to do was say thank you faithful readers for your visits and comments. Hearing from you means the world to me. I have been so neglectful of you the past few weeks and am feeling bad about that. This week I intend to pop over to see you and say Hi. I confess that I have passed by many of your blogs in such a hurry and I have enjoyed seeing all you have been doing but just left too quick to say hello.

Be watching for me.
Enough for now,
Sharon

  1. She's lovely! Often, I am lazy and do the thing that is quickest easiest for me, which is collage, but your inspires me to paint and draw more.

  6. Lovely, just lovely as always...
I wish I were as artistically focused as you.
Although I must confess with a son in the terrible two-sies, it is quite difficult to make the time when the urge strikes! :)

None the less, I love to stop by your blog & look at all of your work! It inspires me! Regretably, the last "creative" post I had was just some beading I had done.

  8. I know that feeling, I have been so busy of late and not as good a blogger as I'd like, but things have slowed down a little now so I hope to return.
I love the lady, the dots look great down the hair

  10. Sharon I just love this gorgeous lady you have done on the watercolour.
The butterfly, is that a stamp? It looks fantastic and really suits this piece.
