Just in case you can't see. I have 1354 steps for today as of l:50 PM. On top of that, it saves 7 days in its memory. And on top of that, it is a clock I can wear on my belt, if I had a belt.
I don't own a watch and never know what time it is.
But I will tell you one thing, today was the start of my online workshop and we are having one fun TIME....Playing ART Together.
Join me,
Sharon
I could use one of those! I'm sure I'm not moving enough and maybe it would inspire me. I didn't know about them. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWell that is a gadget, A good one.
ReplyDeleteI have been up and downstairs many times because the computer is upstairs and my studio is downstairs. So having all this fun at your workshop makes me move a lot despite the work at the table.
Plus I shoveled the new snowfall from last night and it is a lot of shoveling.
I am back to having fun and then some cooking for dinner.
Sharon, I read where you are supposed to walk 10,000 steps a day....the thought of that just wears me out. Keep us posted. By the way, sure hope you are enjoying yourself with your new art class....feel good, stay warm..have FUN. pat
ReplyDeleteThis is a great gadget - I need one to get me moving!
ReplyDeleteMany good wishes for you and your students! I hope you will offer more classes in the future.
I like the way you play :)
ReplyDeleteThat may be a good way to get me going...maybe my husband and I can have a contest to see who walks the most a day! :)
ReplyDeleteI know this would not make me happy, I do not walk enough.
ReplyDeleteLet us know how well you do...
I hope you are having loads of fun this winter...Hugs, Mary
I should use one of those...I am sure that I don't move enough these days.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed you videos.
I will be going to Los Gatos in a little over a week...I am taking DJ Pettitt's class.
I need a new one. Dr. Oz says to walk 10,000 steps everyday. Wish I could walk while sitting down! I know...I'm crazy!
