Believe me, I don't really know where I'm going with this.
Just thought I would share this stage since I can't be a home playing ART.
I brought it to this desk in town but left the art-to-go-bag behind.
I'm enjoying Katie's instruction and as ever trying my best to get more comfortable with collage.

maybe a bird or other animal on her hand or a cascade of flowers (foliage) or feathers coming down from the head piece and then add a bird (maybe a long tailed bird) or butterflies...or something unexpected. Often the least thought of item will work great, like a lizard, snake, etc.
ReplyDeleteYou are so good to share your progress - and how frustrating to leave behind your 'art-to-go' bag. Anyway, the collage is lovely and makes me wish I was doing something similar. Tomorrow, however, I escape to the Hills and will be doing just that!
ReplyDeleteI believe that if your totally comfortable you not having as much fun. sort of like riding the bullet at the carnival, if you were in your comfort zone how could you scream with delight.
ReplyDeleteI like what you are doing! I am enjoying Katie's class too!
