Lovely painting. It was interesting to see your thought process when you saw the picture of the towels. Thanks for sharing and teaching us to look at things in a new way.
I especially love these sisters. I've been anxiously awaiting their debut. I knew they would be magical, and you did not disappoint! They have such an eerie beauty, and I have to say they remind me of our cozy coven at the haunted house at Sleepy Hollow (minus one witch and a wizard).
Your painting is absolutely stunning. Love everyting about this, the sisters, the birds, the color scheme, all the little details and your composition brings it all together beautifully. Fabulous!!! Enjoyed the visit today...
You so need to do a video/virtual class on how to paint faces. I would be FIRST in line and I promise you, I would pay attention! Sisters with presents...Love the "sisters"...all of them!
Hi Sharon, I love your work, and this one is such a treat for the eyes, I have two sisters, so I resonate with your paintings...and this one is so sleek and ethereal. Thank you for sharing too about the towels...so interesting...you have one of the best blogs to visit, which I do regularly...xx
Sharon, this is an amazing piece..what are the dimensions? I may have missed that if you posted about it. I love the beauty and lightness of their faces against the darkness of their cloaks. I super sized it to really look (as we always do :) ) and it's so dimensional and rich. I will e-mail you about this.
I love everything about this!!! Great work!!!
