No Vacancy

Here is the Red bird nest that I told you about in my last past. See I knew you would like to see it. The is a bird feeder but it does look like a pretty snazzy house to me too. It even has a a guard on duty. I hope she comes back and lays her eggs because it looks ready. I'll keep you posted.

This is in the pass-along garden. Do you see all those leaves under the feeder, I mean nest? I will eventually manage those. The oleander are from my mother-in-law. I have Salvia from Aunt Sue. Oxallis (sp) from Granny. Lantana from my mother. Rosemary from my friend Susan. A butterfly bush from my brother. A white rose of Sharon from seeds from daughter. If it is ever really presentable, I'll show the whole garden.

I'm going to watch Idol now.
More later,
Sharon

  1. Superb!! Way better than a billion dollar highrise in the middle of Manhattan!! I would live there. If I had feathers. And was no larger than 4 fingers tall...

  2. I've always found bird nests facinating! Looks like this bird will have the best house(nest) on the block.
    Have a great day.
